Information about your package will be sent to you by e-mail upon processing by our shipping department. Eventually a tracking number and the URL where you can check your package location will be supplied depending on the shipping method you selected.
All orders placed before 23:00 GMT (11PM) of an open day are shipped that very same day. After 23:00 GMT, packages are sent the next open day.
The following methods are available for shipping:
Air Mail: Air mail is our economic shipping method. It is still fast with delivery within 1 to 2 weeks. Parcels can be basic tracked online. It is very low cost and efficient way for small orders that are less than 1Kg as cost for shipping will be nearly the same as if the parcel was coming inside of your country ($10 in most cases)
DHL:It is more expensive than Air Mail, but faster, with delivery from 2 to 5 days to most of the destination worldwide. Parcels can be tracked online on DHL Track & Trace site
UPS: It is more expensive than Air Mail, but faster, with delivery from 2 to 5 days to most of the destination worldwide. Parcels can be tracked online on UPS Track & Trace site
FEDEX:It is more expensive than Air Mail, but faster, with delivery from 2 to 5 days to most of the destination worldwide. Parcels can be tracked online on FEDEX Track & Trace site
EMS.It is more expensive than Air Mail, but faster, with delivery from 2 to 5 days to most of the destination worldwide. Parcels can be tracked online on EMS Track & Trace site
